The Niagara Reinforcement Project is a 76-kilometre, dual-circuit, 230 kilovolt (kV) line running between the Allanburg Transmission Station near Niagara Falls and Hydro One’s Middleport Transmission Station, west of Caledonia. The transmission line has the capacity to transmit 800 Megawatts (MW) of clean, renewable energy.
